Before COVID, my work focused on small paintings of people enjoying themselves in landscapes, However, when the world shut down, I followed my husband onto the race circuit and was drawn to sketching my experiences, Over time, I transitioned from observing joy to physically immersing myself in it, eventually pushing the boundaries of my practice by creating artwork while inside a moving race car. This experimental process transforms speed, motion, and adrenaline into tangible , two-dimensional marks, bridging the gap between physical experience and artistic expression in a completely new way.
